1. you know if the cust. is a richard head 30 seconds into the job .

2. you can clean suites useing any hand because there as good as each other

3) the customers ask how long it will take and you can say....

"I'll be finished in 43mins" and you will finish in exactly 43mins

5) you don't get excited when they say they have a friend/relative who will probably use you.

but you can't bring yourself to say "Yes this is in the top ten"

You can hear it in your own voice as they blurt out, how fed up you are with telling customers how draft marks occur

when you ask, the customer if , she has ever thought of having, her 3 piece cleaned. and she says she has only had it 4 weeks!

You know when you have been doing this for ages.
You leave the franchise and realise that just like everyone said before, 'Why dont you go by yourself'.
You do and realise evreyone was right. You SHOULD have gone by yourself earlier.
And had more of that money to yourself and not them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
