Dont go on number of jobs but rather ££££ made.  Well up on last year.  Noticed a big drop in the number of price shoppers calling for a quote over the past year.

yeah, I'm doing a lot better than last year. I put my prices up quite considerably ( risky , I know) but nobody complained.

I hate that when it happens...also spending instead of earning is a double blow!?  :(

Cleaning Co.

Is that 700 in your first year? I consider that very good. My first year of operation was just short of 600, but now I have something to aspire to.

Would be interested to understand your marketing strategy.

thousands of cheap leaflets week in week out,   but most of the work was low end market stuff,  now i earn more for about third amount of custys a year, would never go back to cheap leaflet work again
