FASTRACK ATTACK
« on: November 14, 2006, 07:48:21 pm »
I'm under attack from Fast trackers! I've just had ANOTHR one through my door! THATS IS FOUR COMPANIES IN THE SAME AREA WITHIN  1 MONTH! Is that not overdoing it a bit?

Cheers

the fast track is a good course to go on. The one thing about it is that everyone advertises in the same way. Ive had a few clients think that we are all franchised. There are now lots of people that have been on the fast track course and some people that just copy it, so that means that a lot of adds look the same. The adds do work but at the same time its good to look that bit differant.

I was working for someone the other day and I noticed a fast track letter on the kitchen board.
I asked her why she hadnt used them over me she said she just didnt like the look of the letter, too many special offers where as I had just quoted and given her a fair price for the job.
Actually is there any reason why we (I) couldnt pick the bones out of it, reprint it and do the same thing with it, I'm sure I am not the only one to have thought of it. And it would save me 3K!
Having looked at it I noticed there isn't a copyright mark on it so I spose it could be anyones.
Your thoughts every one.

It must work for some people, thats not my point. It doesnt make that much difference to me but I would be gutted if I had paid alot of money for this to find out that four other companies were using it in the same area. In my opinion there is only one winner with FAST TRACk and it isnt the carpet cleaners?

Hi

Why dont you be positve about it.

run the same leaflet with your details you will pick up work that they have spent time and money "farming"

Think about like they where a franchise how great would it be to be able to use the same advert they do? the usp tage line is not owned by anyone plus the text. it was not evan produced by joe polish. it was writtern by a guy nmaed jim wolverton. how also was the first to use "King of Clean"

The leaflet is not copyrighted

When you spend time and money farming an area with a leaflet if you dont copyright it can be copied.

What no one thinks about in fast track what joe polish teaches is "direct responce marketing" and members are ment to use these methods to produce marketing ideas. what they do is just copy what works which is great and a good idea but as its not their usp or copy anyone can come alone and copy it. Jim is the only one that might have an say over this pink leaflet.

Prospects dont know that all these pink leaflets are from independant cleaners. all they see is the usp tag line. I had friends in onther areas that i dont cover say we had one of your leaflets drop at our house today!

now can you see how it works

So what the point of fast track? its in the detail of the marketing and being a group of like minded people. which in my view is its great.

So, Ride the coat tales...................

respect
