Hello all,

with the dark frosty mornings closing in fast how do you motivate yourselves in the mornings to get out there.
cold shower? jog?

its hard to get out of bed this time of year but one thing motivates me...... MONEY!!!

Hell I don't need any motivation, the dark nights are enough. Start on the glass at 8.15 domestic. And pole everything in site. I was doing the bottoms trad untill the clocks went back. Dai

I needed motivation every now and then but now don't have time to think about it as ive got so much work on if i don't get out there i get well behind and once im behind i can't ever seem to catch back up.

Plus getting behind loses me money something i don't like to do.

Having an appointment for your first job of the day helps.

The hardest bit is when you make a start and then it chucks it down so you go home or go to a cafe. Then the rain eases off and you have to get going again. Thats hard

Being a new starter...my motivation is being in a position to have too much work and start to 'cull' some of the jobs that I have already which need ladder access.

Money is a big motivation and each job brings me closer to having a stable living.

Cheers
Dave.
