I was going to sub only once and guess what?they wanted to know how much it would be only to do the job themselves cheaper. They were new to window cleaning but only done office cleaning. The best way i found is to get your own customers small and large.Iwas asked to do a mansion house and ended up quoting for the owner who owns a rally team and is f1 director and that was down to some glossy leaflets. Also sub contracting i found you could do a job all day and get £50.00 and you could have done a simillar job around the corner for £300.I dropped 1000 leaflets and 90% of our customers have come to us by word of mouth and just being seen in the area more than once.
