school windows need advice

Just got the job to clean the windows inside and out of a school, the problem is the cookery block inside windows have water marks, food and just in bad condition not been done for years, can any one recommend i good liquid that we can put in the bucket as dont think washing up liquid will do the job?

Hi Andy,
I do some stuff like this and find it's quicker just to use a 6" scraper on all of them (wet them first). You may break it up a bit by wetting up first then going back over but scraper is quickest. Hard water staining may need a bit of MDR and steel wool but if they're like it again 5 minutes later it's probably wasted effort.

I find the best thing on water marks is to mix kettle descaler with water in a spray bottle and use that, take care as its ammonia and sinks.
