Years ago (pre life saving wfp) I up at a childs bedroom cleaning the window trad style. The child was jumping up and down on the  bed and I heard the mother say.....
"Don't do that you'll make him fall"....
at about the exact nano second that the ladder decided to do the zero to 60 down the side of the building.
The kid was distraught  but thanks to some extremely quick  brain activity I managed to do a nice commando roll the moment my feet touched the ground.

I'll put my hands up and say there's been a few more too. But that was before sites like these to pre warn newbies.
