omnipoles - very impressed but.......
« on: May 06, 2004, 11:24:21 am »
hi all,
I am looking to by a set of poles and realy liked the look of the alluminium omniples that I saw at the show. they seemd robust and the whole system appeared adaptable.
However I wanted to get the views of some end users who have used these poles over a period of time. Good and bad points
Any comments would be appreciated.
Regards,
Cameron

Ya here i am..

I have used there equipment for nearly 3 months now and got to say i am very impressed and have no real issues.

The best bit of kit you can buy off them is the Pole just for the added attachments you can purchase for them. I have an 24ft Alluminium pole this reaches 2nd floor windows with easy and over conservatories i can remove an 6 ft section and make it into an 6ft pole and have the other 18 ft and another pole if i wish. I can even make it into an gutter cleaning tool.

Even if you dont buy the complete system off them, your be over the moon if you buy there poles. I would not even bother with an 18ft pole go staright into an 24ft one your be happy you did.

Also i brought an 4ft pole off them for ground floor it came with the brush the hose pipe and is an complete dream zipping round ground floor windows, you got to have one of these babies.

Hope that helps.

Justin

;DThis was the third trade show that the PowerPole has featured in.
Not sure why its taken so long for everybody to notice the PowerPoles adaptability.  pleased that people can spot quality ;D

We've supplied poles to our customers from most of the major manufacturers, and used them ourselves for several years.  In our experience, the Omnipole Powerpole is not the cheapest, but has proved far the best value - it is less flexible than fibreglass, much more robust, and SO versatile!  With a 24' Powerpole in 4 x 6' sections, and a couple of easily added extensions, we've found that a single Powerpole meets most needs.
