Hello,

Any advice would be welcome with the following quote.

Remove all protection and build cleaning of windows/frames/cladding to 250 apartments upto third storey, cherry picker hire may be needed as scaffolding may have dropped and windows are not easy open from inside. Most windows are large georgian style 5ftx5ft, some are floor to ceiling. Each flat has between three and eight windows.

Tender requires two visits, firstly initial build clean and a final sparkle clean, insides and out.

Ball park figures welcome.

Usually we clean the complete apartment but on this occasion we have been offered the chance to quote for the window cleaning only.
