For all interested parties their is a 166 page document
produced by the HSE. As you will see this still only a draft. The HSE are asking for feedback.

Thanks for that Glyn, but the consultation on this document ended on the 1st of April 2004, and the time for feedback is over.

As it says on page 30, this will come into force later this year.
