i usually estimate how long the job will take and then price according to my hourly rate . be prepared to send method statements and risk assesments as most schools i have cleaned have requested them

i clean a school here in chepstow.
Just becareful not to underestimate how long the insides will take.
All that blue-tack on the windows slows you up a lot!

I do a school and you have to take into account the little cherubs play /dinner times.
I try to have my breaks and dinner then as they can be a right pain getting in the way.So add a bit on for that

The schools I clean are all done in the holiday periods.
I work on an hourly rate and then add 15% on for unaccounted loss of time, i.e. blue tack on windows etc....
Keep a close eye on the payment side as school finances are not the quickest in sending the cheque.
Best wishes.
