Pure 2o - Why so low ?
« on: April 16, 2004, 03:54:55 pm »
As some of you may or may not be aware, Pure 2o have been trading for just over eight months now in the WFP industry.  During this time we have seen major changes within the industry, mainly on product pricing and we feel we are largely responsible for that.  In no way is this an apology !  We are proud of the systems that we manufacture and are extremely happy that so many companies have come to us for equipment, exceeding our target expectations.  We have been able to provide the safest systems at the lowest price which is the main goal of Pure 2o Ltd.  Some manufacturers have tried to replicate the guarantee we offer but with little success mainly due to the large overheads these companies have to maintain but the principle is simple :

If Joe Bloggs Ltd. quote a system at £5000, we sell at £2500

If Joe Bloggs Ltd. quote a bag of resin at £100, we sell at £50

If Joe Bloggs Ltd. drop their prices by 50% to try and be competitive then we will sell at a fraction of their price….. ALWAYS

When Pure 2o was established, we wanted to provide anybody with a certificated system that would suit their requirements at the lowest price, so overheads were kept to an absolute minimum : Example you won’t see me turn up to a demonstration in a flash vehicle with a glossy brochure – in fact, you won’t see me turn up at all !  If anybody has required a demonstration they are usually happy to come to us.  At the end of the day which would you prefer :

A) Slick pushy salesman, flash vehicle, glossy brochure – Expensive equipment

B) Friendly me! , a history of satisfied customers – Safe equipment at the lowest price

?

In a way this is a thank you to all those of you who have given us the opportunity to save you money !

I notice a lot of you are going to the fed show next week ? Please come and see me, I will be on stand N, it would be great to see you all  ….and….. I have some new and exciting products to show you :-

I now have the long-awaited Pure 2o trolley system,

“Pure2Go”  :        A lightweight 316 Stainless Steel chassis, pneumatic wheels, efficient treatment matrix utilizing a 300 gpd RO unit brand new to the UK !

PRICE  :      You guessed it, the best quality trolley available in the UK for the lowest price guaranteed !

Look forward to seeing you there.  If you can’t make it but have any questions please get in touch.

P.S.  If anybody is any good at juggling vans – let me know  ;D

Pure 20,

Your websites a bit vague. Hardly any info, no prices. Some of us can't be bothered to ring for fear of pushy sales people.

If your prices are so good, put them on display.

Prices for whole systems are rarely published on pole company's websites.

These companies do not publish prices on their website either:
Brodex     http://www.brodexbms.co.uk
Stream     http://www.streamsupplies.net/catalogue.asp?which=22
Ionic         http://www.ionicsystems.com
Tucker Pole Systems     http://www.cleanpoint.com/tuckerpolesystems

I think the reason is that most larger systems are custom built to requirements, and include installation (for which the cost varies with the vehicle) and are therefore quoted for.

However...,

Omnipole http://www.omnipole.com
and Peter Fogwill http://www.window-tools.com

...do have system (some - omnipole) prices on their website.

ABit of an sales gimmick. You anit going to get an £5k system for £2.5k now unless the qauilty is very poor.

so you get a cheap system from the same stable as Ionics, backed my a company like Ionics

can only be a good thing :)

Ive met Carl (i live 15 mins from 02), and i must say, he was a helpfull friendly type of chap, just give him a bell, you wont get hard sell, just a chat about WFP

If your in the market for a Van based system, the pictures of the crash testing make a scarey viewing, the driver doesnt stand a chance in the pictures, while in the "02 and Ionics picture, sure the van is a right-off, BUT the driver is safe"

anyways, im not connected in anyway with them, just telling you what i found, no hard sell at all, i guess the systems sell themselves

To avoid any further confusion :-

The examples posted in this string introduction are examples of how we can save you up to 50% off not just RRP’s but anybodies final quoted prices.

If you are genuinely looking for further equipment to grow your business then please send me details by e-mail of the equipment you require and we can proceed from there, finally give you a genuinely lower quote.

Apologies for any confusion caused.

Look forward to hearing from you.

This has already been discussed several (at least 5) times.  Here is the response from Reuben Reynolds:
