Employing somebody

Could somebody please advise me on employingpeople ie what insurances i need and anything else just to cover my arse in case of a accident.

You've asked a massively open-ended question.

If I were you, I'd use the search function (type 'employing' into the box that appears) and start reading some back posts.

Then return here and ask more selective questions with regards to taking on an employee or an 'employee'.
