The guy renting the round was me! 

...and yes I have hurt my back so I will be out for the forseeable future.  If someone can pick up the round and run with it for Del (Bennymon) that would be great and would make me feel better about leaving him in this situation.

If it helps, I can confirm that Del is a great bloke and very easy to work with.  He took a lot of time to walk through the round with me,  and if it wasnt for my back i would still be there with him now
