Hi Guys,

White spirit is the best I have found but you need to use it before any water is added to get the best results.

Cheers

you will find lilly pollen very difficult to move as it is classed as a dye. i advice people who like lillies to remove the bit that has the pollen before placing in to the vase as it will always drop after a while

James,

I would never wind you up on something as important as stain removal.

With pollen white spirit on a cloth rub gently to dissolve and then extract as normal , it works.

If customer has already applied water/detergent then harder to remove but white spirit may help as above.

Cheers

Prochem Solvex always works for me. Not sure if it will work after its been messed about with, but on fresh lily pollen I have always removed it.

Bumping this one back up,had a call while on hol in Whitby, customers baby had knocked over a vase full of lillies   >:( big watermark and loads of pollen everywhere, which she got to work on with 1001 and rubbed it in.Do i have any hope of getting it out ?
Have said it`s highly unlikely as she has tried and prob set it.

Why can`t i post images of my before and after, using photobucket to host, and don`t have probs with other forums ?
