I don't know if there's a facility to do that? Jester might be along to help. If you can't email the sheets over do a screen shot and do it that way?
We look at them, they look through them.

Easy

Just click on Jobs in the main menu, then at the bottom hit the 'Print a Work List' button.  Set the peramaters you need.

Then set destination to PDF.

Have you thought about what you ll do when HMRC brings in MTD for all of us over the next 2 years?

April 2026(turnover £50k+)

April 2027(£30-50k)

Rob Morgan (who developed CP) is thinking about developing an all new window cleaning program for this with a direct link to HMRC so we can upload accounts every 3 months to stay compliant with MTD and cut down admin.
price higher/work harder!

My pc is not very reliable and often crashes wiping out all my business records so I have a old school paperback version to get me out of trouble ,so if hmrc ask me to upload my business records there will only be minimum for the them to see I can then send my paper copy in the post for them to look at but you can bet your bottom dollar that will get lost in the post !

I'm afraid Colin that won't do  when we'll all be forced to submit accounts quarterly(every 3 months) through government approved software...
