A bit colder today so decided to heat my water up last night (3kw immersion). I had to recalibrate the pump due to running hot water through it but even with the calibration turned right down the pump was still running rough and taking time to shut off. Eventually the pressure switch code came up and water flow totally stopped. Is there an adjustment for the pressure switch on a facelift pump, or is it goosed?

It might be the controller,the reason I say that is when a got a new system four years ago ,when winter came (above freezing temp using cold water ) the pump would be hunting I had to keep messing about with the controller to get a constant flow,the same thing happens every winter,.

PS will display if .1 Pressure switch has activated due to high pressure in the system, That could be a blockage for example or twisted hose. 2. Wiring issue for example loose cable connectors. Worn or corroded connectors Fuse/Fuse holder. Its worth checking the wiring, replace any worn or damaged connectors.

You commented that the pump sounded rough and was slow to shut off. This could be related to the pump motor wearing out Or under strain as pressure builds up against the closed valve.  you mentioned Calibration has been reduced, If  it is still a bit to high the controller is slow to DE the pump and the pressure switch activates the controller then displays PS to advise what has happened.  With warm hoses Calibration will be low my suggestion would be to set the desired flow rate then run auto cal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mTBbco7c15U&t=32s

In a cold water system as temps fall the hose wall stiffens and does not expand as much. This can make the pump work harder and draw more current. In that instance Calibration would go up a bit.

As you have hot water in the tank the hoses will slowly warm and expand so calibration would be lower.

Also check the pump inlet/outlet are not blocked
