Cheaper isn’t always best , eBay is a dangerous place to buy vehicles if you don’t know what you are doing , I think his  vans looked very nice for the money

buy a cheaper one then,

because a fully set up van is the same as a empty van which needs a full set up isn't it  ::)roll

I think Scrimble's  vans are a fair price with nice looking systems.

Personally I would not want such a high mileage van. If you are confidant which van would suit your needs long term, I would buy new or nearly new.

I've bought one thanks.

It is if you are planning on buying a 3k system to put in it yes but I'm not. The gear in your van isn't worth a grand second hand unfortunately.

I'm not at the level of lying on forums i'll tell you that I might talk poope but I'm honest.

Funny you sold it 10 days ago but listed them both for sale yesterday on fb mark.

Can't beat ciu for some good old BS to stroke the ego.

Seems I'm not the only one with the correct opinion on your asking price.

Yes I only posted this to antagonise  ;D

I have a bizarre hobby, it involves studying arrogant people. Watch many programs with Greg on it and I did like the program called " Inside the factory"
On one program he got put down and totally changed from nice to rage like a split personality. These people don't usually stay married long because they are hard to live with.
Always wondered how he manage to get on the TV.

When I was young I was bit arrogant until I noticed the things I gave out quickly came back around to me. I decided to change and my business slowly grew and I felt better in myself. They say pride comes before a fall but I actually think its arrogant after studying high profile bankruptcies. fwiw 🤔

I have a 2011 plate renault traffic,  had it from new and have always loved the van, on a run I still get 35 plus to the gallon, I have a 650l tank and only do window cleaning now. Smaller vans may be great on economy but space really is a premium, transit/traffic size is ideal, they drive like a car and parking and so on is pretty much straightforward,  go larger and that most definitely becomes an issue as does fuel economy.
Alas although my van is low milage for it's age, she is also an old girl now and every year she fails the MOT on something, usually ball joints or track rod ends (very common on traffic/primastar and vivaro) I'd love to get a new (er) transit custom but I'm also at the tail end of my working life! 😪 at some point I'll have to replace the old girl ... it's a hassle on the horizon I could do without!

There might still be plenty of life left in it. I sold my 2006 vivaro 3 years ago with 135k on it. Lad who bought it still runs around in it, now on 160k.

Keep it going Ian.

I am still running my from new 2012 Hyundai iLoad and intend to run it until I wind down and stop over the next three years all being equal. I only do window cleaning now.

Mine was financially written off in summer 2023 and is back on the road as a Cat S. Like you it has a 650L and will likely hit 80,000 miles just before Xmas.
It's a game of three halves!

A deposit , to come look at it ?  ;D ;D ;D  Good luck with that.

In the time you've been on this forum you have progressed from being a 20 year old lad with a ladder asking dumb questions, to a succesfull business operator operating maybe 7 or 8 vans. Your questions have got less and your remarks of "dickhead " or some such put down to people gathered pace.

You've consistently been an advocate of buying a new van as a second hand one is a waste of time............ but you also chose here to advertise your second hand vans  ;D

You don't come across as a nice or helpful person at all. And as you said to Stoots..................   I know what level you are at, i think we all know your level too and your level is not a nice one.
