Had some new customers living next door to some i clean.    You can clean mine but i only want them cleaning every 2 months    not 1 month like my neighbour and freind
I know what there after      i will clean @ £15  her neighbour  and she will want to pay £15  every 2 months per clean.
While her neighbour will have forked out £30   for 2 cleans in the 2 months.
If she thinks ill clean every 2 months for £15   she has got it wrong.

My new reply is going to be I only clean regular monthly clean customers now.    I know you can charge extra for 2 monthly or 1/4 ly   cleans.      But it looks like some begrudge that   Knowing they are not getting away with A price for a monthly clean.

My quotes are (example):

1st clean - £20
4 weekly - £10
8 weekly - £15

Always best to set things out at the quote stage.

We have a good mix of 4 weekly and 8 weekly.

Your second guessing the customer ....she might be perfectly happy paying more for a less frequent clean....

I'd charge her another fiver and round it up to £20 take it or leave it....

I would say okay but it will be £25 a month as it takes me longer. I had one at £20 a month and she wanted every 2 months so we agreed £30 every 2 months. Suits me and suits them but I would never do it for same price, we tell them not the other way round.

Lost  three monthly’s today just like  this £ 170 a month pay cut all four went three monthly due to one customer convincing the  others should all be done at the same time 
then the cheapskate will cancel after two cleans

Charge her £22.50

She's happy, she gets them cleaned every 8 weeks (which she wants) and pays less per year than monthly (which she wants). You get a customer next door to an existing one (which you want) and a much higher rate per hour (which you want).

messaged her £20 it is .        She is ok with that.     I can never understand why i still take new customers on when im a solo worker  and have enough customers.

Im finding now i charge a better price when i get new customers who are genuinly looking for a window cleaner
