Hi,
One of my customers has a brand new build. The front door looks a little faded already. Cleaning with pure water seems to do nothing to change this, I suspect it’s an issue with the finish or perhaps the builders have exposed it to something.

Can anyone recommend something that might bring it back to life?, it’s a Matt grey kind of finish.
