At most I have to adjust one or two clamps just once a day.
On a previous pole I replaced the Nylock nuts with new ones when this started happen frequently and that worked for me.

I use thread lock in mine so never had a problem. When I do need to tighten one then I may have to get the hairdryer out again but it was the best time saving thing I have did on them.

Have you replaced the shims?

Makes a big difference. The shims take the wear before the pole does Aslong as they are replaced when needed.

I replace the shims and springs occasionally when the clamps begin to feel tightened to near the max and pole starts spinning.

Use a bit of threadlock on the bolt.
