Well, I gave the Facelift resin a test this time round.  I usually need to change one of my canisters once every 4 to 5 week. (Resin only system using 2 canisters on rotation)

Tulsion resin never goes past 4 weeks, Unger resin impressed me with just over 5 weeks and Facelift?   Well......


It lasted one week.  Complete pants.

I've tested these so you don't have to.    So that's it's only value to me.  Never again.

Mines around 60-70.

I always use unger resin these days.its pretty consistent to be fair. 👍

My tap tds when i last checked a year ago was 260.

I thought to myself not long ago i havent changed my resin in ages and when i checked my tap tds it was only 80

Its seems to do this a lot dunno if its the same eveywhere but was the same in my last house also.

Ive used lots of different brands of resin but its hard to draw any conclusion with the tap tds fluctuations.

I’ve just done the same. Mines gone from 360 now down to 180, I’ll take that but I’d prefer it to be 029 like it was a few years ago.

I check mine everytime I fill.  I have a 3 way reader installed and on permanent show.

One shows TDs from tap
Second after the 1st resin canister
Third after second resin canister.

I wonder if resin deteriorates once it has been opened? I seal it back up just in case it does.
