can anyone help me please,i have an ionic thermo pure & have just changed the di tube to find water comes out when i put on both pumps but dose'nt now go through the di tube yet still pumps out 
also noticed battery is'nt recharging itself

are you sure there is no water going through the di tube??

Sometimes it may look like no water going through it but make sure none of the resin has got wet.  could be air still in it making it look like nothing is happening

hi,no i even disconnected the hose with pump on ???going mad,water seems to be coming directly from the tank.

in the south co kildare,never had this problem,i think i'll just have to drive to dublin to get it fixed but had important job in kilkenny,allways happens at the wrong time thanks for your help but this one baffles me
