Regular window cleaning customer sent me this , it wasn’t like this in November when I last went. Iv had a couple other customers have the same issue and I myself have noticed green around one window on my own house on the render- is this down to us getting pretty wet weather for prolonged periods of time? It’s not something I usually clean as I haven’t got a clue where to start - thanks in advance 👍

Yes lovely little job hypo mix spray on leave 10 muinits  light rub with the pole and rinse job done good money . Damp weather encourages it to grow much faster we get loads of it down here as it’s always wet/ damp

I would alow 1:5 hours and take my time but yes you could do it much quicker if you had to , I don’t like rushing using hypo as that’s when accidents can happen , price it well not on your normal hourly rate we would be £150-175 for that and down here 100% would get it at that sort of price .

I am about 3 years in on doing render cleans .... they are the easiest add on service  IMO.    I  always price it with a repeat service in mind when it is a regular window cleaning customer.
I have started getting repeat work now .... its also very theraputic

Or light agitation with a soapy brillo pad  followed by painting on some patination oil .

Easy work-but DON'T underprice it, keep prices high for this work please
