I've just come back from food shopping and had my brunch....
Glass of kefir
Scrambled egg(5 eggs) on sour dough toast with good quality ham and spinach cooked in real butter.
That's around 1000kcal,65g protein which will keep me fuelled for the gym this afternoon...
I'll have fAge yoghurt with frozen berries after my workout with a scoop of strawberry protein powder which will be around 400kcal,45g protein
My missus is coming round at 5pm so we re having...
Salmon fillet,new potatoes,broccoli,carrots and hollandaise sauce.thats around 600kcal,30g protein
Banana,100kcal,2 g protein
So thats only 2100kcal,142g protein for the day which means I've got 900kcal left to eat what I like(3000kcal a day is my maintenance)
We re off to a local club tonight to meet up with some of my old musician mate's and watch a band.ill be drinking diet coke so no calories consumed.
I'll be allowing myself to smoke a fat cuban cigar tonight!🙂👍
