Lee I own 9 Fiat Doblo vans and I have given you my advice so why dont you check the stop/start button first before waiting until next year to book it into a dealership who will more than likely tell you there is no software that can turn it off there is a button by the handbrake that turns it off

The button is in a stupid place. It gets spilled on often.

I sorted one last month by removing the button and cleaning it with electrical contact cleaner.

Hello Scrimble
Didn’t realise you were a fiat fleet 👍🏻

I have seen the button by handbrake
Pushed it
Nothing,  doesn’t light up, dead, so trouble with switch 🤔 maybe
Fuse removed 🤔

All beyond me don’t want to start tampering with the fuse box
It has main dealer warranty until 30/4/24
So positive that wouldn’t be chargeable 🤔

Thanks

As a numpty don’t touch it - just go back to dealer who sold and ask them to put it right

Agree 👍🏻 Smudger

I’ve emailed regarding this and no unique radio code in manual

The 4 digit code needed if vehicle battery is replaced
Stereo won’t come on again
Mentions in paperwork

I thought that 4 digit code for the radio was a thing of the past last time I had a vehicle you had to do that to was in the 1980 do they still do it ? All my vehicles if you disconnect the battery then re connect the radio just works as it did before

See the radio code mentioned in manual
My last Fiat Doblo reg 2014 had a credit card with radio code on and I did have to enter code as I changed the battery.
