We have been trad for the past 30 years. I'm now going into semi retirement. I am giving a lot of the the rounds to employees so they can start and run their own business. My sons will carry on with the rest. But now I feel its time to change to wfp for a lot of the customers, not all,  as many pay a very high premium for trad. Simple question really, who makes the BEST kit and offers best customer service advice? Will be going into a brand new transporter or similar.

I've been using purefreedom van mounted ro systems for the last fifteen years,over that period of time I've had four systems fitted in four new vans.
I've found there systems to be well priced,reliable and easy to self maintain.

Define best, its all overpriced for what it is.

Buy whatever system you like you dont really need customer service unless maybe if you were adding hot water.

So many factors involved in getting a system(1 or 2 man systems,RO,,hot water ,etc)....

I would just go for a diesel hot water system and electric reel from the off with a 25ft xtreme pole as your main pole.....100m of 6mm microbore NOT 8mm minibore

18’ for about 90% of my work.

A 25ft every day pole is ideal for me.i have lots of large conservatories and extensions to reach over,skylights and some 3 storey windows.saves going back to the van to get another pole (wasting time and energy).

I used to have a 18 and a 25 but found i was reaching for the 25 too often it was getting annoying swapping about. I now just use a 22 and that probably accounts for more than 95% of my work, i only have to get the 25 out occasionally maybe a dozen jobs a week.... Next step bin the 25ft work and just have an extreme 22 for everyday use.

how much more can i charge for 3ft ? 

nah, its not about money really otherwise i would still be doing 40ft work i just dont want to it.

I get that, but I wouldn’t be recommending a 25’ pole as an everyday pole to anyone without knowing their work. Why lug around a 25’ pole when an 18’ pole might suffice?

I use a 20ft extreme. Hardly any difference in weight than an 18' but noticeably less than a 22.
