Iv been cleaning for said customer for many years , was a nightmare to get her to set up a standing order in the first place and all of a sudden they moved and I couldn’t get access as they padlocked their gate (it’s on some land with stables) . Messaged in September asking if she’s moved as I couldn’t get in to clean - no response, payment went in. WhatsApped her in October so I could see she read it , no response, money went in. Yesterday she messaged me saying she’s been busy that’s why she hasn’t responded and can I go round today or tomorrow and clean inside and out as some tenants are moving in Friday . I say no sorry I’m too busy , she instantly asks for a refund of the last 2 payments. I say no problem have you cancelled your standing order to which she responds no iv been busy il do it tonight (last night) . I say ok let me know as soon as you’ve done it and il refund you. This morning I message her asking if she’s cancelled it and no response….. I can’t be arsed sending refunds every month , what would you do in this situation?
