Hi guys , after some help advice please.
Cleaned a couple of sofas for a customer  a few days back one being synthetic microfibre.
Had a call back yesterday to say one of them smells damp after drying (other one is fine) 
The sofa with the problem wasn’t actually too bad to start with so didn’t have to go heavy with the cleaning. Used air movers and wasn’t far off dry before we left. I called back today to take a look and sprayed some formula 429 do you guys think this we’ll do the trick or anymore ideas  if it doesn’t.
We cleaned the carpet in the same room  I advised customer to open windows in there and keep the living room door open. (Although I don’t think they did either of them to be Honest )
