I phoned up Gardiners on Friday got some good advise from Kirsty, Places my order and it arrived this morning (tues) at 9:15 just in time to try it out today. How quick is that!!!! well pleased with the speedy assembly and delivery!

I am new to WFP & as such have never used any other pole apart from the one I bought from Gardiner's, so I can't really compare it to anything as yet.

However I have to say I am extremely happy with my choice & will defo go back to them for more stuff.

Kirsty is brilliant, she doesn't push you into buying stuff & on occasions has even told me to hang fire & see how I got on before spending any more money in case it became a bit of a white elephant. Now that's what I call good service.

Some have complained on this forum that they can't get hold of her. In my experience if you leave a message on her answering machine she will more often than not call you back that same day.

Yeah gardiners do a good service and between the phone, email and the forums they are never that far away.

Yup, Ordered most of my WFP system last Thursday - come this Thursday it should be all installed! Ordered from Gapswater as well - they were fantastic too!

This evening i have been to Gaza's house, to have a look at his new carbon fibre pole from Gardiners i am very impressed with it.  It is unbelievibily light
