Part name

Could anyone please tell me the name of this part and where I can buy one.

I am a traditional window cleaner but use a Gardiner pole and brush for cleaning Fascias, conservatory roofs etc.
It is a valve of some sort, female thread on the large end.
Trying to post 2 more pictures but apparently the files are too large.

It is off one of those blue expanding hoses, the smaller gardiner brush hose fits into the  blue bit in this picture.

Looks similar to the telescopic car/ van washing pole it’s a valve to turn off flow.
Spit and polish
