So 2 new numax batteries on the way today.my current ones are losing charge towards the end of the day so I'm gonna swap them this weekend as when it gets colder itll kill them.

Flush poles out

About time too!but it's always good to think ahead and make sure your system batteries are good,van serviced and ready for winter with means of heating your van overnight for if/when the freezing nights arrive.👍

I don’t see what all the fuss is about anyone with any common sense should have a well maintained van and system if they are using it for  earning a living , regular maintenance, and checking stuff is all that’s required we don’t do anything different for the winter than any other time of the  year .

I don't do anything for winter, just wait till it all freezes solid then think about getting a diesel hot water system for 5 mins before coming again to the conclusion it's a total waste of money.

I don’t see what all the fuss is about anyone with any common sense should have a well maintained van and system if they are using it for  earning a living , regular maintenance, and checking stuff is all that’s required we don’t do anything different for the winter than any other time of the  year .

Some unexperienced window cleaners can get caught out when winter decends.....frozen systems or flat batteries....

Any older batteries in your system can be vulnerable when it gets colder....

I here what you are saying but regular maintenance will prevent the vast majority of issues , and a bit of common sense will fix the rest
