It’s alright everyone saying sack this one off, sack that one off,  if like me you want to keep your round compact you need to have a little bit leeway……..without the customer taking the proverbial P of course😉

Thats the trade off isnt it.

I do a few jobs that are underpriced but they are compact, its a difficult one. I do 3x 3 bed semis next to each other 12 quid each they really should be 15 but the hourly rate is just as good as if they were 15 but had to drive between.

Few examples like that on my round

before people say put them up, im really pushing the top end of whats realistic round here already

Personally, this is where you have to be careful, yes 3 together and your getting your average hourly rate - really this bits should be your best returning hourly rate - it can be easy to hold onto work and bring your overall pricing down.
its always a trade off..

I am guilty of this also, only on 2 parts of my round , but both are 5 in a row, and all pay cash on the day, and pay for each other.
so both are in excess of £60 an hour.

having said that.... if they were late payers , I would have to rethink out of principle.....
bad payers are like a bad tooth...... you wont get rid of the pain until the tooth is removed.......
