When I had a mortgage I had an insurance policy in place to cover unemployment for three years.

Best insurance policy I ever took out because without it I would never have managed to keep paying my mortgage on my own and never expected to be off work for for twelve months. I was strongly advised when I took out the mortgage to cover every aspect of circumstances, costly but worth every penny.

In life we can't predict what will happen in the future and need to make alternative plans.

Surgeon says 6 to 8 weeks.  I told customers 8.
From going in to coming out, I never felt a thing. Spinal tap and light sedation. I did come round at one point as I could feel them rocking my leg. I said I知 awake but drifted back off. Whole op was just over an hour. In Saturday out Monday with a big bag of pills for pain management. I was dreading it but honestly there was no need.

Good luck chap. My Mrs is on a waiting list for a new hip. I recommend you download Call of Duty mobile to a tablet if you have one.  It's free and addictive 👍

There's a new Zelda out so I could do with 8 weeks off tbh.
