Need to download an app for phone. Think it's bluetooth and needs pairing, can't remember as was a long time ago. Google it.

Don't you need a purpose V16 link controller to work with the remote?

Morning JK. Have you been able to pair the Fob to the controller ? If you have a Fob + Controller please see http://springltd.co/assets/uploads/content/V16_B.pdf

If you have the WFP Stand Alone please see http://springltd.co/assets/uploads/content/manuals/WFPL_SA_Standard.pdf

The connection between the Fob and controller uses a radio signal ( same as mobiles) On occasion the connection drops out, normally the connection restore automatically. If this has not happened please follow the steps below to reset the receiver

1. Power off the controller
2. Pull the fuse between the fuse between the controller and battery
3. Leave this out for 10 mins
Replace the fuse and power up then follow the pairing process in the above guide

If the Green LED on the Fob do not circle
1.Check it is charged Or replace the Coin cell battery
2. The Fob can be reset by removing the battery and leaving it out for 5 to 10 mins
3. Replace and repeat pairing

Ian I bought the basic link is the fob rechargeable

If the label on the back of the Fob is Black It is a rechargeable fob. If the Label on the fob is White it has a Coin Cell battery.

Cheers
