Following on from meetings between the Environmental Agency, Defra, representatives from all the major water authorities over England and Wales and consultations with several window cleaning companies it has been decided that all WFP and accompanying water production will cease by April 2024.
This is due to excessive water use experienced during the summer of 2022 when resources practically dried up in the South East.
