There's loads of window cleaning franchises these days.i know a guy who I went to school with bought into one a few years ago he seems happy enough.he only has to stump up 10% of his turnover  to his boss.

He earns around the same as me but has to work full time instead of part-time hours

I think he did say once that being part time and doing full time money he gets to have top-notch holidays too.
