Pressure Washer
« on: March 21, 2023, 06:34:59 am »
Hi all,

Looking to buy a pressure washer. Something that does 15 L/M atleast with a 3000 psi.

Can you recommend anyone who sells and who accepts finance options?

Thanks in advance

Ok until you get a problem then it’s a nightmare sending it back to Ireland and very expensive

Honda = bullet proof but your paying top money.

Lonchin - Also pretty bullet proof - much better on price

Lifan - Had these engines a year - also seem very reliable and at £220 - a steal - I now put this engine and pump/gearbox with all the extras (skid plate - unloader - connectors) for just £450 - thats a 13Hp engine - 21 LPM pump @ 200 BAR

Everyone I have spoken to apart from  Q washers say you cannot get 21 lpm from a 13 hp engine it’s not powerful enough , have you measured the actual amount of water it’s supplying rather than taking for granted what a salesman has said ?

Yes we have an 18 hp one it’s rated at 21 ltr but on full revs will supply 26 ltr , Briggs’ and Stratton the engine is a v twin and made by Mitsubishi it’s much  quieter than  a smaller engined Honda and uses a lot less fuel produces higher pressure at a lower rev range , I have had Honda ones in the past they are ok but won’t produce 21 ltr no way 18 is a mean average and we have had several of them .

Go on try spraying it  into  into a bucket for one muinit then measure it out bet it’s no ware near 21 ltr 😂😂😂😂 , I have had 4 of them and none were  anyway near that , had one off Q washers  he guarantee it would produce it as it had bigger inlet but it didn’t , he went very quite when we sent the video in , I contacted Honda uk and they said the 13 hp  engine isn’t designed to  supply 21 ltr  although many claim  it will supply that , it’s not powerful enough they suggested the GX 630 at 30 ltr and don’t run it flat out . So Evan Honda say it won’t do it , the only caveat I will add is this was 6 years ago  but as far as ime aware nothing has changed .

Seriously Darren you do far more pw than we do get one and give it a go you will never go back to a noisy rattley Honda believe me , I do accept that the price per unit you are paying cannot be beaten though
