If it's only stuck on with adhesive tape, what stops a thief pulling it off and chucking it in a bucket of water or throwing it  clear of the vehicle?  probably get damaged or knocked off when washing your van also? if upgraded security is needed I'd think a hard wired security system would be the best option, I had  this in my previous van due to a break in (triple immobiliser thatcham  apporved alarm with alarm box in back of van as well as cab)

I quite agree I doubt any insurance company would accept anything stuck on the outside of the van with 3 m tape 😂😂😂 total joke system

I have Black Vue dashcam linked up to the cloud for a shunt whilst in parking mode with extra battery for 12hours whilst engine doesn't run hardwired into vehicle and one in the back if it's opened up whilst locked.  Best deterrent is dead locks fitted and steering wheel lock.

Can’t remember the manufacturer i think it’s one of the Vauxhall-Renault models comes with a surrounded cage inside every side and back door, like a prison cell on wheels it looked very good and secure.
