Well, he's got a point. Your posts are mostly incoherent dribble and you claim to be sober. It's not surprising.

My manual reel has been working lovely. Not a single issue with it. You should get yourself one then you wouldn’t be cranky bloke!
Cast the line …………

You can’t do anything if no one gets back to you.
Tell them the reel isn’t fit for purpose and that you want a full refund under The Sale of Goods act 1979.

There probably isn't much wrong with it going by his previous posts, it's been said the grippa reels aren't as quick as the HD ones but he still went out and bought it , tested it and drove home now he's playing up  :D

They came out to me converted my van to a 2 man added a pump and controller etc done a great job with that, and yes the reel looks like a medieval torture device weighs an insane amount and reels in about as quick as a tortoise 🐢 on weed.

When i first fitted my HD reel the first thing i did was reel it all the way out and back in a couple of times, he should of tested it properly.

Yeah let’s not forget the main thing getting the hose off the reel I’m sure I had Eddie Hall hanging off the end of it today.

Out of interest, how were you and the apparent lad you’ve had for a while now, able to work if you’ve only just had the van converted to a two man system?
Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?

Irrespective of whether he tested it properly or not, he’s notified Grippatank that he is having a problem with it. For them not to reply is shocking.

Lol you keep trying to trip me up m8 I sent him out on his own and we also had a backpack setup but mainly he was out on his own,I was going to set another van up but like 99% of people you take on they come across like it’s only window cleaning only to prove their next to useless so he’s out with me again.
Customers of mine didn’t want him on his own DonKee and when you’ve got class work like me you have to bend over and take one
For the team,I’m sure you know what I mean there though yeah 😉.
