If you sell a product and you either give it a warranty or say you will rectify any faults you should honour it not just take peoples money and run,you also shouldn’t expect people to travel 3-4 hours to them to put it right that’s what you pay a call out charge for. Like the majority of things once you’ve paid see you later,if only people realised this is what separates you from the run of the mill dross good customer service it should be a pleasure to fix any problems someone may have.
