A rinse bar is something that produces  a band of water above the top bristles on a brush.  Jets lined up together in the middle of a brush are simply jets grouped together, it's not a true rinse bar is it?
They are $hit I used one for a hour before ringing up and complaining,  the jets were all over the shop and the bar itself catches on sills, frames etc

Jets going off in different directions is just debris getting through your filter presuming you have one, very easily remedied, just remove the rinse bar and rinse it out, and more importantly sort your filter out. As for catching on sills and frames, I'm guessing this must be a long time ago, I use a sill brush and  have never caught it on anything, I conscienously tried to this morning and can't. I vaguely remember reading the early versions weren't recessed  which may have caused problems, today's sill brushes are recessed and certainly won't.

I've just purchased a Gardiners 35cm Xtreme sill brush with the Dupont bristles and a swivel. That was about £80 and I'm not even sure I like it! ???

I used standard Gardiner brushes today the Mono ones over a few years old but new condition as I’ve not used them, forgotten how good they clean I think they are just super lite ones stand up lovely to the hot water.
My bloke needs something that pushes on the glass he’s been getting to lazy with Extreme brushes.

It is the same principle if it’s above or in the middle of the brush and Evan look very similar both are useless in my opinion

The 26cm extreme sill brush is the worse brush ive ever used in my 19yrs shining, by some margin too. Its only saving grace is its weight but when you consider the Supreme is only 20g heavier yet vastly superior then i cant even defend it on weight.

It was when they first released them yes   the bar definitely wasn't recessed into the stock , it definitely wasn't debris in the jets they were all 10 to 2.

Supreme might be only 20g heavier but it gains weight when wet. Personally I don’t like the Supremes and only use the Extreme sill brushes.

I agree the Extreme brushes feel ridiculously light compared to any other brush but my blokes been killing the ends of them on one side in a short time.

I'm not sticking up for Grippa, although they've never done me any wrong,  but it seems odd that you mention them when they're nothing to do with the topic of the thread.
