Deep Cleaning
«

Hey! I'm new here 👋
I am specialising in deep cleaning only, mainly because I just can't leave dirt/dust etc if I see it. I have to clean eve inch. However as you may imagine, this isn't a quick thing to do...
My last job took me 30 hrs... Large 4 bed house, 2 living rooms, WC, 3 storey, pantry large hallway and landing.
Does anyone have any tips with cleaning smarter... Not harder?

Make sure you have the right equipment
and your charging correctly for your time - if it takes 30 hrs then you need to charge for 30 hours however if another company can do it in 20 hours you need to look t your speed and efficiency as well as the equipment you are using

The issue is with deep cleaning is that everyone can do it in less time and less money and so you can compete by matching that or making the customer feel your 30 hours are worth paying for.
A 4 bed though 30 hours of work is not terrible if it includes the fill works, oven carpets etc. Imagine a team of 4, that's about 8 hours each. Doesn't seem terribly far off if the property is also bad
