you seem to have major trouble employing.

Have you not thought about finding a decent subby for a couple of days a week.

You will pay more per day but they will be quicker and probably better and knock out more work in less time.

I have but i have to take the blame for that and try and find a solution, others employ so it can be done. I need to improve the recruitment process, i have had staff let me down but i chose them for the job my fault.

You’ve advertised the job at 2k a month for someone with no experience have you.

Yes its not actually that much it works out £11.50ph for 40 hours or £12.30 for 37.5 hours. I think its pretty reasonable and inline with most window cleaning jobs ive seen advertised on indeed.

Don’t forget employers liability, NI, pensions, holidays, training costs.

We pay roughly what you’re suggesting. You will attract more reliable and better quality applicants at 30k than 20k.

cheers, pension would be about 500 same with employes liabilty, actually bit less), employers NI wouldnt be applicable with 1 employee. Training cost would probably be my sweat doing most the work till hes up to speed.

Ive advertised the job on indeed at 24k - straight 2k a month shall see what happens
You will pay Employers NI if you take someone on full time.

I used to think this but not true, can claim employment allowance and i`ll be under the threshold.
