I can only speak from experience which is placing 10-15 orders with WCW but every time, without fail, the whole process has been faultless. I like their website too, very simple and easy to navigate.

I wonder what the thinking is with them buying Pure Freedom and Adepta engineering? Either buying out the competition or buying a trading business to use as their own northern base?

I agree.ive never ever had a problem ordering from WCW.always prompt delivery with no issues whatsoever.

Post Andrew Mccan, ive only ever had good service from Purefreedom, so a little concerning there's a change of ownership. Thats not a sleight on WCW, just a case of "better the devil you know".

I find WCW expensive. Far better value form 'window cleaning stuff' and 'soapnational'. It's win win for me, better value and supporting smaller companies- there's absolutely nothing healthy about a lack of competition!!😎👌

He nearly put me off buying my static setup I told him I want everything sent to me so I can plug in when it comes at the end of the week so I can make water,he sent me no hose or fittings when I rang him he said well you didn’t buy them the fool.
Terrible attitude completely in the wrong job being the first point of call,I spoke to the other younger chap there he couldn’t have been more helpful saying that the older chap does know his stuff.

Wcw have been fantastic with my orders only issue I had was many years ago had a damaged plug on a back pack they tried to fob me off after demanding to speak to manager it was resolved since then no problem at all with them   Pure freedom on other hand have been terrible with my orders to the point we’re I won’t ever order from them ever again

WCW sent out an email saying they have  acquired PF so yes they are taking  it over.
