I thought PF was a subsidiary of the engineering company?

edit: Just been nosey myself and all the purefreedom/adepta directors have resigned and now have the directors of window cleaning warehouse installed so i think its fair to say they are under new ownership.

I ordered a reel from them on black friday it took 2 weeks to to turn up and when it did it was damaged. Took another 2 weeks to get a replacement. Will avoid in future if i can.

Jusging by past experience, looks like we'll need to keep a keen eye on PF's customer service. If they descend to WCW's recent levels, we're doomed.

Interesting that when I posted a review of WCW their response was to ask me whether my low mark was fair rather than to reflect on why I'd rated them so low. Up to two years ago, most of their reviews were 5*. Recently about a third are 1*. Doesn't bode well for Pure Freedom.

Personally I’ve always received a good service from them I think once they sent the wrong size elbow but they sent the right one out for the next day.

I can only speak from experience which is placing 10-15 orders with WCW but every time, without fail, the whole process has been faultless. I like their website too, very simple and easy to navigate.

I wonder what the thinking is with them buying Pure Freedom and Adepta engineering? Either buying out the competition or buying a trading business to use as their own northern base?
