With employees it's a whole different ball game isn't it. You have to think about their health and safety and they are more likely to get caught making a slippy puddle as it isn't their neck on the line. I learnt this the hard way with an employee I had he left the back doors open and reversed into someone's car, he left a 3mm mark on the car barely noticeable in the pic he sent me but being the good samritan he went round knocking on doors looking for the owner to tell them. Good deed by him but cost me 300 quid, the little git could have just buggered off and no one would have been any the wiser. No doubt the lad would be the first to admit to Mrs Jones he's responsible for breaking her leg in his slippy puddles.
