Advice on satellite dish damage

One of my men hit and broke a dish today.dies anyone know the going rate for repaire with sky.

Happened to me a couple of times. Sky fixed it for free, that was a while ago mind you, back in neanderthal (ladder) days.

I used to install them (although along time ago now) but if there was a problem with dish customer should just call up and say problem with picture and wouldn't be a charge

Any repair whether it be a new box-dish-cup and saucer used to be 60 notes regardless of which one,get the homeowner to get em round and pay the customer probably be cheaper doing it that way.

Ive lost count of the amount of times i used to whack a dish when using ladders,  :), used to just prey they weren't watching telly at the time.

It was normally new ones that caught me out - walked round the side of the house loads of times - no problem - them all of a sudden one month - THWACK!
