A distinct and definite line regards tips was drawn in the sand at two different times in my businesses development.

The first was when I went over to WFP.

The second was when I stopped collecting.

Made no difference to me.i really thought when I stopped collecting my tips would drop right off but no.they just pay extra online now or physically give me cash if their in when I clean!

Lol I know what you mean though I can remember you could feel the fact they thought his job is way easier now,I think I can go without 10-20 quid from 10 or 20 customers  the fact I haven’t got to ladder their  windows anymore though eh.

I have to say that due to the current economic climate I feel a little awkward accepting tips this year knowing that in some cases I am probably better off than the customer giving me it. I will be refusing a few when I see fit and will tell them to put the money to better use.

It's only 1st Dec!most of my tips usually come in the 3 weeks before xmas and few in the new year.all my xmas cards have been stamped ready to post in the next 3 weeks as I clean each property. :)

I give cards out too Daz, and yes good 3 weeks to go but I'm basing my opinion upon several  absolute certs for tips over the years who havnt done for the 1st time ever. It doesn't bother me, just a sign of the times.
