Depends ware you are I think there is 4 time zones out there we were based  on Kuredu  it was 8 hours difference to the uk in may , and out at sea for 10 days diving all the atoll s  awesome place .

Love my food!😄😄😄...its virtually impossible to be ripped into your 50s unless your taking steroids and/or be VERY CAREFUL with your diet.

Life is too short for 6 pack abs mate....the sacrifice is not worth it!🙂👍
